Sparking Connections:  RCD at 25. 

Thank you for celebrating RCD's first 25 years of providing affordable housing and resident services

in the East Bay.  It was a beautiful celebration

of the people and partnerships that create housing

and build community.

Congratulations to recent graduates of our computer class at Stanley/International Blvd. Apartments! Showing their diplomas:  Chardanae Grisby (front), Chardae Grisby, James Wiggins, and Eric Magallanes.  Attending Saturday computer classes in beginning Microsoft Word, they have successfully mastered computer skills they can use at school and home.
