RCD's affordable rental housing is often fully leased. Listed immediately below are the properties that may have current openings or that are accepting applications for a wait list. When an apartment becomes available, property managers will use the wait list to contact potential residents. Information for RCD's other properties is included here, though it is unlikely that you will be able to submit an application at this time. Please check back for regular updates to this information.

The Ambassador offers 69 affordable studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments in Emeryville. The Ambassador is currently under construction and expected to open in October, 2013.
To apply, please download the pre-application package from the link below and follow the pre-application instructions.* Pre-applications must be received by mail by June 21, 2013, to be included in a random lottery.
