Alvarez Court has a dynamic design that reflects the architectural flavor of its surrounding neighborhood. The development is a re-interpretation of California craftsman and incorporates bright colors, accessible features, and a community-friendly courtyard. Alvarez Court takes advantage of its hillside site to naturally create accessibility on several vertical levels. The design helps integrate residents smoothly into the community without labeling it as "special needs housing."
