In November 2003 RCD purchased its largest project, an existing 124-unit apartment complex located in Concord, CA. The complex consists of eight two-story buildings situated on a 9-acre site that includes a private natural lake, Keller Lake. A major goal for the project is to provide open space and recreation amenities at the site, including making the on-site lake more accessible and attractive for both Lakeside residents and the neighbors across the lake. Additional common area amenities include twelve laundry rooms, a large rental office, a recreation room and two gated pool areas.
