RCD is excited to have finished construction on its first project in Solano County. Laurel Gardens Apartments offers 30 affordable units with on-site supportive services for mentally disabled adults. The building is a 2-story structure with covered surface parking adjacent to the buildings. A community room, laundry room, and administrative offices are all centrally located in the project. The project design provides attractive landscaping and façade and reflect sensitivity to the surrounding neighborhood.
