Berkeley, CA RCD partnered with Jubilee Restoration, Inc. to develop the Margaret Breland Homes project, 28- units of affordable housing for seniors in Berkeley. The units, along with two offices and a community room, surround a common courtyard. The offices accommodate on-site resident services and property managers. The first floor features a commercial space with windows facing San Pablo Avenue. The seniors of Margaret Breland Homes receive services from RCD and other local providers, including assistance with daily living, financial and legal workshops, counseling and peer support, health promotion and preventive services, geriatric medical and dental services, and safety and security assistance.
